Therefore, we have developed a protection concept to prevent the spread of the Sars-CoV-2 virus. For this reason, we ask you to comply with the applicable measures and regulations.

We wish you a safe and relaxing stay at Kronplatz and lots of fun and enjoyment on the slopes!

Back on the slopes again

Winter sports enthusiasts will be able to enjoy safely the Dolomites by following guidelines:

  • From  01/04/2022, a Green Pass certificate is no longer required for access to the lifts.
  • In all lifts a FFP2 face mask is compulsory (form 6 years o.a. on).
  • The capacity on the closed lifts (cable cars, gondolas and chairlifts with canopy) will be reduced to 80 %, while the capacity on the open lifts will not be reduced.

The Green Pass control guidelines will be published here as soon as they are defined.

ENTRY TO ITALY

For the entry to Italy you need:

The following documents are required for entry into Italy (you must have no Covid symptoms):

Registration requirement: all arrivals must complete the digital passenger locator form (dPLFbefore entering Italy and provide proof of their registration either digitally or on paper when requested by officials.

Burden of proof: When entering the country, you must carry the EU's digital Covid certificate (Green Pass) or an equivalent certificate stating that you:

  • are fully vaccinated with an EMA-approved vaccine (the vaccination cycle must not be older than 9 months).
  • have recovered (the infection must have occurred no more than 6 months ago).
  • have tested negative (a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours or a negative antigen test that is not older than 24 hours).

Those who have not been vaccinated, tested or recovered are allowed to enter Italy, but must go into a five-day quarantine at the address given in the dPLF and take a Covid-19 test at the end of the quarantine period.

Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the requirement to present a negative Covid-19 test.

Those entering who have received a full cycle of vaccinations for more than 6 months or have been Covid recovered for more than 6 months may be eligible for activities and services that require the Super Green Pass if any of these terms apply:

  • negative Covid-19 molecular (PCR) test with a negative result (valid for 72 hours)
  • negative Covid-19 antigen test with a negative result (valid for 48 hours)

Entrants/guests must have a negative test result for the entire duration of their stay; this means that a molecular test or an antigen test must be carried out every 72 or 48 hours respectively.

This regulation also applies to guests who have a Corona vaccination with a vaccine not recognised by the EMA, such as Sputnik.

From April 1, 2022 there are new relaxations and security measures in South Tyrol. Here you can find information about the Super Green Pass 2G and Green Pass 3G: Green Pass.

Skiing with a green pass

During the 2021/22 winter season, all skiers need a Green Pass – the EU Digital COVID Certificate, i.e. proof of being COVID-free – to access our lifts.

To avoid having to show your certificate every time you use a lift, we’ve introduced a system that checks your Green Pass and automatically matches it with your ski pass.  That way, you only have to show it once.

How do the checks work?

Skipass purchase

The skipasses are available online and for those who do not have a smartphone or internet access, at the points of sale or accommodation facilities equipped with a skipass issuing system.

Skipass activation
  1. Activation on our website: Enter your ski pass number and check the QR code of your Green Pass. This can be uploaded from the gallery or the memory files of your mobile phone, or directly from the paper document. Your data will not be saved. Here is the direct link to the registration form.
