Offices/counters:

  • All closed rooms are disinfected daily.
  • Disinfectant is available throughout all offices.
  • A minimum distance of one metre must be maintained at all times. Whenever it is not possible to keep your distance, a mask covering your mouth and nose must be worn.

Guests:

  • Group sizes depend on the legislation in force.
  • Collection points/division into groups: A minimum distance of one metre must be maintained at all times. Whenever it is not possible to keep your distance, a mask covering your mouth and nose must be worn.
  • The lenght of the skis automatically ensures that the prescribed distance is maintained.
  • Private lessons: A minimum distance of one metre must be maintained at all times. Whenever it is not possible to keep your distance, a mask covering your mouth and nose must be worn.
  • Award ceremonies take place in small groups: no joint ceremony for all participating children. The minimum distance must also be maintained during the award ceremony. Alternatively, a mouth-and-nose cover must be worn.
  • Video analyses: A minimum distance of one metre must be maintained at all times. Whenever it is not possible to keep your distance, a mask covering your mouth and nose must be worn.
  • Deposits or the entire fee will be refunded for guests who cannot attend their booked lessons due to a positive Covid-19 test.
  • In case of illness: Any lessons already paid for but not taken will be refunded. A medical certificate must be presented.
